SERVICE + PROVIDER DISCLOSURE
Clear Roles Before You Commit
My Tiny RV creates the branded planning and matching experience. The independent provider responsible for the actual vehicle, work or delivery is identified before approval.
The matching service
The website configurator creates a preliminary brief from your budget, location, timing, starting unit and feature priorities. My Tiny RV may compare possible finished units with independent build partners and coordinate inspections, quotes, scheduling, updates and delivery options. A match is not a guarantee of availability, price, quality, financing, insurability, registration or lawful parking.
The seller stays visible
A finished vehicle or trailer must be offered and sold by the identified party legally authorized to do so. That provider controls its listing, vehicle disclosures, price, sale documents, taxes, title, registration, deposit and applicable warranty. My Tiny RV does not present another party's unit as its own inventory or hide the seller of record.
The builder owns the physical scope
The accepted independent builder provides the physical-work agreement, quote, required estimate or invoice, change approvals, custody terms, installation, completion documents and workmanship warranty for its scope. Electrical, structural, plumbing, propane and climate systems require an appropriately qualified and insured provider.
Customer-owned units
If you already own the base unit, the match focuses on providers whose location, capability, current capacity and accepted budget fit your brief. The provider must inspect and accept the actual unit before any website concept becomes a physical-work proposal.
Fees and partner compensation
My Tiny RV's planning, matching and coordination fee is shown separately before approval. My Tiny RV may also receive compensation from a selected partner. Any financial relationship that affects a recommendation or ranking should be disclosed with that recommendation. A submitted configurator or application does not create a fee, order, partnership or agency relationship.
Delivery coordination
My Tiny RV may help compare delivery quotes and coordinate timing. The identified independent carrier controls acceptance, final cost, insurance, possession and delivery terms. The customer or responsible seller contracts with and pays the carrier as shown in the accepted proposal.
Concepts are not inventory
AI-generated concepts and estimated starting ranges show possible directions only. They are not completed units, listings, appraisals, construction drawings, quotes or promises that the displayed features fit a specific budget or unit. Real price, layout, weight, safety, condition and schedule require provider review.
Partner applications
An application does not create approval, exclusivity, agency, a subcontract, a promise of leads or authorization to use My Tiny RV branding. Before a customer match, My Tiny RV may review identity, business authority, registration or licensing where applicable, insurance, experience, references, capacity, estimates, warranties and complaint history. Verification reduces risk but is not a guarantee.
Living and savings claims
A camper or trailer does not guarantee lawful full-time residence or parking. Customers must verify registration, insurance, campground, zoning and parking requirements. Cost comparisons use customer inputs and listed assumptions and are not promises of savings.
