Information you provide

A match request may include your name, email, phone, ZIP code, preferred contact method, minivan or trailer preference, ownership status, year, make, model, trailer type or length, condition, search radius, unit preference, total budget, timing, selected features, desired build feel, listing link, notes and consent choices. A partner application may include business name, role, contact details, service area, website, inventory link, capabilities, typical budgets and capacity.

Please do not submit sensitive records

Do not submit payment-card data, bank information, SSNs, government identifiers, credit reports, title documents, medical records, credentials or other highly sensitive information through the website. The forms are not credit applications or transaction checkouts.

Attribution and technical information

We may record the page path, referring page, campaign and content parameters, referral code and common advertising click identifiers associated with a request. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request, device, browser, network and security logs needed to operate and protect the site.

How information is used

• Send updates only when optional marketing consent is provided.

How information may be shared

We may use providers for hosting, structured storage, communications, CRM, analytics and security. When relevant and appropriate to your request, limited information may be shared with a possible independent seller, builder, inspector, specialist or carrier so that availability and fit can be verified. We do not knowingly sell submitted request information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Consent, retention and security

We may store the consent version, time and source associated with a request. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, matching program, records, disputes, security and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

Optional marketing may be declined. Marketing messages should include an unsubscribe method. To ask to review, correct or delete information where applicable, use the match form on the homepage and write “privacy request” in the notes.

Children and changes

This site is not directed to children under 13. We may update the policy as the service, providers or law change; the effective date identifies the current version.
