Terms of Use
These terms govern the My Tiny RV website operated by Healthy Habit LLC. A later written proposal and signed agreement control any accepted sourcing, build, payment or delivery arrangement.
Planning and matching information
Budget guidance, route recommendations, timelines, feature-fit results and concept images are preliminary. They are not guarantees, construction specifications, safety approvals, appraisals or offers to sell. Results depend on the actual unit, condition, location, provider capacity and accepted written proposal.
Independent providers
Independent sellers, builders, inspectors, repair shops, specialist installers and carriers may perform portions of a project. The written proposal identifies the selected providers, who contracts with whom, the physical scope, applicable registrations or licenses, custody, milestones, delivery and warranty responsibility. Depending on the accepted structure, My Tiny RV may coordinate a direct provider relationship or retain a provider as an independent subcontractor. My Tiny RV's role is explained on the Provider Roles page.
No hidden seller
My Tiny RV does not present a third party's vehicle as its own inventory. A real finished unit may be shown only after its seller, authority, availability, condition and price are verified for the relevant offer. The customer sees the responsible provider before commitment.
Fees and payments
The free configurator creates no fee. Before any payment, the customer receives a written proposal showing the project total, My Tiny RV's curation or coordination fee, selected provider, milestone schedule, taxes or other pass-through costs where applicable, and cancellation or refund terms. If My Tiny RV accepts a customer-facing payment, it handles payment support for that transaction and pays the independent provider according to the accepted milestone arrangement.
AI concepts and estimated ranges
Content labeled as an AI concept is not current inventory or a completed build. “Starting” and example ranges depend on listed assumptions and require actual inspection and a written provider quote. Do not rely on a rendering for fit, weight, structural, electrical, ventilation or safety decisions.
Delivery
Delivery support may include comparing quotes and coordinating timing. The independent carrier controls vehicle possession, transportation safety and the carrier's operational requirements. The written proposal identifies delivery pricing, insurance and responsibility; My Tiny RV does not promise a delivery date or act as the carrier unless a signed document expressly states otherwise.
No financing or housing promise
The website does not offer credit or promise a payment, APR, approval or down payment. Do not submit an SSN, bank information or credit records. My Tiny RV also does not promise legal housing, parking permission, campground acceptance, insurance approval or a particular level of savings.
Partner applications
An application does not create approval, exclusivity, agency, partnership, subcontract, authorization to use My Tiny RV branding or a promise of leads. Written terms signed by the appropriate parties are required before any customer engagement.
Acceptable use
Provide accurate information and only submit information or links you have authority to share. Do not submit payment-card information, government identifiers, credentials, malicious content or another person's confidential information.
Intellectual property, law and contact
The original site design, copy and My Tiny RV materials are owned by or licensed to Healthy Habit LLC, subject to third-party rights. Florida law governs these terms to the extent permitted. For questions, use the match form on the homepage and identify the purpose in the notes.
